Welcome to the world wide web homepage of Mihir Chanduka.

I’m a student at Rutgers University studying Computer Science and Economics. I like building software. Currently, I’m exploring new ways to use local large language models and making the Linux desktop more accessible.

I am currently a research assistant at the Rutgers Center of Alcohol Studies under the Dr. Lei Yu. I am working on developing new ways to determine chronic pain in mice.

This past summer I was an intern at the City of New York Mayor's Office of Management and Budget, working on the FEMA insurance team.

I’m fascinated by machine learning, embedded systems, and retrocomputing.
